Hi, You might have heard a lot about a new affiliate network which is started by some top affiliates. The network I am talking about is Convert2Media.com. Well this is not a paid post and they did not ask me to write about them.
I had been hearing some good things about them, so I decied to see how these guys are, to be honest I had no high expectations from them, when I applied it took a while for them to respond back and the response was not pleasant at all, I got an email saying that my application was rejected and the reason was that they could not get in touch with me. I though what tha.. I have a pretty good communication system setup from email to voicemail, toolfree number etc.
I was not happy with the first contact I had with convert2media, after some calls I was able to get in touch with Steve and after a little information exchange I was approved, so I am looking at the network Ok they are using directtrack, ok they are new, Ok they were affiliates before, Ok they are giving the highest payouts(this was good) nothing too compelling for me start sending traffic towards them.
Then I started reading some of the posts on their forums and some blog posts on Convert2media and from other bloggers also, I started to the get the feel of the personal touch(Ruck) and value they are willing to add to their affiliates.
So I am preparing to run some campaigns on Convert2Media network and will keep you posted on my progress and will do some kind of report or something which could be helpfull to you.
I would say that if you are thinking of making money online, Convert2media.com would be a good starting point, you are new the network is new so there is good win win situation.
Hi, Google just released one more beta product called sktool. This is a search based keyword tool, you can find the keywords the people are looking for your landing page related.
This should be very helpfull in finding even more related keywords, as I am typing this I am reading about sktool also. I will go through this keyword tool and will give you my overview in the following posts.

Hi, I was looking at Google webmaster analysis that is when I saw that my blog has been hacked, I am not sure how that happened, so we will narrow it down with the process of elimination.
What kind of hack: Well in the google webmaster reports it said Unreachable URL’s so I looked further and this is what I found.
In the plugins folder there is a subfolder _images and this one has a bunch of external links going to some porn sites. Here is the path /wp-contents/plugins/_images/
1. Did somebody uploaded this using my ftp credentials, not sure I am the only one who maintains the blog.
2. Could it be the work of some rouge plugin, I am only using the Industry specific widly used and tested and recommended ones.
3.Some how the server got hacked: possible
As of till now I am not sure of the source of the hack, I am currently more concerned about getting rid of those spammy links.
So this is what I am going to do
Step 1: Delete the _images folder under the plugins directory
Step 2: Change the ftp credentials
Step 3: Change the wp credentials
Step 4: Call the hosting provider (this is to be the first…)
I vaguely remember reading about similar kind of hack on some other blog and the dude did some kind of top level investigation and was able to resolve the issue.
I will greatly appreciate if you could help me in resolving this issue via comments or contact form or point me in the right direction.

Looks like Google is ready to give more info about its search Matrix. First came the no of queries in Google Trends, now they have started a new service called Google Insight.
What is on the home page of Insight:
- compare the search terms by search terms, location, Time ranges
- Search box(s) if you want to compare.
- Filter the results by countries, worldwide, time frame and Interesting Categories.
Looking at the results page of the query you are interested in looks like the mashup of Google Trends, Google Analytics and Google Suggest. There is a interesting section about the rising searches also.
Mash up of the main google apps for the search is a good step in making the search analysis more easy.
Give Google insight a try.
