I liked Yaro’s approach better but then again I am a little more inclined toward Yaro’s way of blogging. He doesn’t write as much but when he does have a good article, it is very good. John tends to give tid-bits here and there and he posts more frequently but I almost always get the sense that he is intent on selling to me.

I think that Yaro is spot on about the passion part. If you don’t have a passion for the things you are writing about, you will quickly grow tired of it. Many new bloggers get dismayed and quit when they realize the amount of work that is involved in creating a successful blog.
